Payment is preferred by bank transfer, 48 hours before the session to secure the appointment. The range of therapies I provide over short, medium and long term sessions include:
Hypnotherapy: 50 minute session (£70) // 3 session block (£195)
Mindfulness/Relaxation: (30 minutes): £40 // (50 minutes): £55
Coaching: 50 minute session (£60) // 6 session block (£340)

The room is furnished to a high standard in a lovely building which includes a receptionist, toilet and kitchen facilities, and a waiting area outside the room.
